Sigma Defense is seeking a self-directed and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Systems Analyst/Engineer with extensive experience in Navy C4I Systems to join our MQ-25 and Unmanned Carrier Aviation (UCA) Mission Control System (UMCS) program managed by the UCA Program Office (PMA-268) with the responsibility to coordinate all System-of-Systems (SoS) development and integration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex programs and projects.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing DoD or other Government Unclassified and Classified Systems/Networks.
- 5+ years of experience supporting a program or program of record.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate networks, identify issues, and provide solutions.
- Ability to conduct testing and regression testing on Government facilities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite Products.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing, with managers, peers, and customers.
- Familiarity with government contracts, processes, and management of engineering.
- Experience in handling suppliers and driving engineering teams to completion.
- Strong knowledge of Naval Operations/Communications.
- Familiarity with DoD and USN C4I concepts and associated C4I systems and networks.
- Familiarity with the NAVWAR PEO C4I mission and organizations.
- Familiarity with Naval Information Warfare Systems Command mission.
- Naval C5ISR modernization policies and procedures is .
Education Requirements:
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Network Engineering, IT Management, or related field of study.
Personnel Clearance Level:
- Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance.
- A clearance will be sponsored for the right candidate.
Mandatory Certifications:
- IAT level II (within 6 months of hire).
Essential Job Responsibilities (not all-inclusive)
- Participate in numerous Network integration and testing support events within Government test facilities in support of system interoperability.
- Develop and maintain documentation in support of test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Perform technical document reviews and participate in technical working groups.
- Liaison with local lab managers and system administrators on the test & evaluation of the end-to-end network.
- Ability to work well with other Engineering focus groups and personnel ranging from Junior to Chief Network, Systems, or Cyber Engineers.
- Leads complex systems engineering tasks, including system design, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Provides technical guidance to junior engineers and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance and reliability.
- Lead ADNS team, overseeing the integration of network systems into PMW 160 Programs.
Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000 annually.
