Mechanics are responsible for the inspecting and testing of vehicles and machines, and will usually have a wide range of experience in the Mechanical Engineering sector. 

Duties can include oil changes, engine tune-ups, tire rotation, wheel balancing and filter replacement. A Mechanic will usually have obtained an Apprenticeship qualification or have undergone training at a Vocational Education Program.
