Description Position at Xaxis Xaxis is seeking for an Operations & Product Executive to join the Operations and Products Team in Hong Kong.The Operations and Products Team is the heart of all Xaxis activity, and is pivotal to the success of each campaign that is executed. The team works closely with all other teams within Xaxis (locally and regionally) as well as with GroupM agencies, clients, and partners. You will be responsible for campaign operations, innovating, project managing and troubleshooting, partnership assessments as well as support of products. Measures of success – In three months:Gain an in depth understanding of the programmatic and content native landscapeBe trained and get familiar with various Xaxis products, platforms and toolsContribute to the day-to-day operations of the Xaxis Operations and Product Team and take ownership of trafficking, campaign monitoring and reportingResponsible for data entries and schedule revision in booking system In six months:Able to handle all kinds of the day-to-day operations duties independentlyClear understanding of campaign operations, publisher operations, and platforms from start to endAbility to test, learn and troubleshoot campaigns to improve the product and share knowledge with teams and departmentsProvide support to publisher development and relationships In 12 months:Become a true programmatic advertising expertWell-equipped to provide programmatic solution advice to both internal and external partiesExplore potential partners and innovative solutions for Xaxis’ productsCreate training educational programs from start to end for new comers What your day job looks like at Xaxis: Support the Operations & Product Team on day-to-day operations and work with Client Development Team and Programmatic Trading Team closelyCampaign operationalizing, monitoring, troubleshooting by working across local and regional departments from client development, trading, product and supplyResponsible for customized reports to clients when necessaryEnter new bookings and revise schedule if required in booking system. Supporting the Operations and Product Team in developing partnerships within groupM and externally that drives value for our clientsAssist the Manager to understand product and publisher updates and trends from regional team and external parties, as well as to provide regular updates to the local team Minimum qualifications:1 year professional experience with digital marketing agency, ad network or other digital media companyKnowledge along with a passion for digitalResult-oriented with strong communication and analytical skills.Ability to work both independently and under supervision once objectives have been set.Ability to work within a fast-paced deadline driven environment.Experience managing digital ad campaigns, - display, video, mobile or paid searchApplied knowledge of 3rd party ad serving, website tracking and associated technologiesUnderstanding of programmatic buying, including DSPs/SSPs, RTB, ad exchanges, DMPs, audience targeting will be a bonusGood command in written and spoken English and ChineseProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointCantonese speaking is a must About Xaxis Xaxis is The Outcome Media Company.
