Welder/Fabricator
We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team for immediate hire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with structural steel and the ability to produce high-quality work with precision and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, fit, and weld structural steel components according to project specifications
- Interpret and work from detailed shop drawings
- Utilize MIG welding techniques proficiently
- Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure all work meets accuracy, quality, and conformance standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- CNC machine operation experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a steel fabricator or welder
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
- Strong understanding of fabrication processes and safety procedures
