VIE - Differentiation Planning and Optimization - Germany - September/October 2024

Here we are looking for support as VIE Performance management Missions: • Responsible for the organization of our co-packing activities with our external distribution center, supporting the development of innovative and cost-efficient co-packing solutions for DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) focusing on our WATER brands • Management and control of order preparation in our external distribution center • Ensuring high-quality information and goods flows, as well as project management for process optimization between internal and external interfaces • Managing inventory that suits defined target values while ensuring availability and zero waste • KPI tracking and independent development of action plans to optimize the results achieved • Support in the development of co-packing solutions considering marketing goals as well as cost, legal, security and customer requirements • Completed business administration / engineering (technical) university degree • Minimum experience within internships in the field of Supply Chain or Industrial areas • Analytical and conceptual thinking, quick comprehension • Understanding of production technology and/or logistics flow • Ability to build up relationships easily and foster collaboration with other functions • Curious, resilient, reliable, enthusiast, agile thinker and team player • Good use of core systems and tools: SAP, MS Office, Power BI • Proficiency in spoken and written English and German preferred Are you eligible for a V.I.E? V.I.E is a type of contract linked to Business France (French public organism) allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract. You must be aged 18 to 28. You must have completed national service obligation. You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area. You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your V.I.E. You have never done a V.I.E before. What are the contractual advantages of the V.I.E ? There are no taxes and charges on salary, as a V.I.E your social security is covered by April international. You will be granted with 2,5 days off per month.
