The Company is in search of a Divisional Vice President of Sales for its Thermal Process Management business unit. The successful candidate will be a strategic, results-oriented leader responsible for driving the vision and results of this multi-site, global business unit. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing growth strategies, analyzing and prioritizing customer opportunities, and executing targeted campaigns. The role also involves organizational development, business development, direct sales performance, and fostering a culture of excellence. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS, with an engineering degree , and 10-15 years of experience in strategic business development and sales, particularly in the global oil and gas environment.
