Alsup Racing Development specializes in high-quality fabrication, custom builds, and precision welding for UTV aftermarket parts. We’re growing fast and looking for a skilled Welding Fabricator who takes pride in craftsmanship, accuracy, and clean work.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Welding Fabricator to join our production team. You will be responsible for interpreting drawings, cutting and fitting materials, welding assemblies, and ensuring all finished products meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on 4130 Chromoly, steel, aluminum, and stainless (based on shop needs).
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Cut, fit, grind, and assemble components to precise specifications.
• Operate fabrication tools: saws, brakes, shears, grinders, presses, etc.
• Inspect finished welds and maintain high-quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members on custom builds and complex projects.
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of welding or fabrication experience
• Strong welding skills (TIG  required).
• Ability to fabricate from prints with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of metals, weld symbols, and weld quality standards.
• Capable of lifting, bending, and working in various shop positions.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.
  

Skills

• Experience with CNC plasma, press brake, or tube benders.
• Custom fabrication or motorsports/off-road build experience.
• Forklift certification or shop equipment experience.
