Technical & Projects Manager - HVAC BMS - Dublin

Job DescriptionProvide leadership in identifying and specifying project opportunities and in delivering contractual commitments on secured projects and works.Ensure that opportunities and works are priced, planned and completed to deliver increased turnover and profitability to the group.To support and work with the Group Service Managers and Service Desk to ensure the smooth transition of works post completionTo deliver projects to completion on time and on budget and to the satisfaction of all parties.To identify, reduce and manage all risks (technical, statutory, health and safety, commercial or otherwise) associated with every project.Ensure compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures.Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and Company health and safety policy and processes are effectively implemented across both Company and subcontractors’ activities.To build strong relationships with sub-contractors and preferred suppliers to ensure cost effective solutions which meet our quality expectations can be delivered to our clients whilst managing the risk.Working with other managers and teams to ensure the collaborative development of the projects either HVAC, BMS or mixed trade.Development of project financial plans for revenue and profit delivery, working closely with our PMO team and standardized processes.Manage the delivery of projects within agreed budget requirements with the target to maximize profit through effective management and monitoring, cost reduction, better buying of sub-contractor services .Promoting our client in house services and wider business plans to ensure Group growth.Supporting the sales process through solutions development, participation in presentations and consultation meetings.Job RequirementsEngineering, Project Management, Building Services, or equivalent qualification.Proven track record of Services/Project Management in the building environmentExcellent team playerStrong client facing skillsGood understanding of automation, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installationsProficient in Microsoft Office: Project, Power Point, Excel, WordAbility to demonstrate logical processes, with good analytical skills and judgment, along with initiative and drive.Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload.Excellent communication skills at all levels.Can work well in a pressurized environmentPackageSalary neg. on Experience
