Technical Manager – Leading London Developer Location: London Salary: Competitive Are you an experienced Technical Manager looking to take the next step with one of London’s most respected developers? We’re seeking a talented individual to join a high performing team delivering landmark RC frame, high-rise residential schemes across the capital. The Role As a Technical Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing the design and technical delivery of complex residential developments. Working closely with internal development, construction, and commercial teams, as well as external consultants and contractors, you’ll ensure design integrity, buildability, and compliance from concept through to completion. Key responsibilities Lead and manage the technical design process for large-scale residential projects (typically 20 storeys) Oversee the production and coordination of design information between consultants, contractors, and internal teams Review drawings and specifications for buildability, value engineering opportunities, and compliance with Building Regulations Manage the technical interface between the development and delivery phases Support planning, procurement, and construction activities, ensuring technical risks are identified and mitigated Maintain strong relationships with design teams, contractors, and key stakeholders About you Proven experience in RC frame, high-rise residential developments in London or similar urban environments Background with a developer, main contractor, or architectural practice Strong technical knowledge of design, construction methods, and current UK Building Regulations Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Degree-qualified in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline ( but not essential) To be considered for this opportunity, please apply now with your most up to date CV which must include details of the projects you have worked on.
