About the role:

Successful dynamic food business manufacturing a range of products for food service markets. We are excited to be opening a new site with great opportunities for a new Technical Manager to build the role and progress.

Working closely with the Head of Technical, the Technical Manager will be responsible for ensuring that technical standards, procedures, and processes are in place to meet critical business requirements, and to be compliant with both industry and customer needs.

Technical Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure technical activities are robustly structured.
• Keep the Quality manual for the business up to date.
• Ensure operational processes and production are appropriately controlled and compliant.
• Develop strong proactive customer relationships and take action.

About you:

• Hands-on ability and proven experience as a Technical Manager or similar role.
• Thorough understanding and experience in High Care and process development.
• Strong analytical ability and communication skills.
• A good problem solver.
• HACCP Level 3 qualification minimum.
