Technical Fleet Manager for Press

Purpose of the Position: - Support the Customer in preparing the Company Cars destined for the Press;- Make sure that the cars are ready for the Press;- Logistics management of the vehicles;- Make sure the cleanness of interior and exterior of the vehicles;- Test drive to monitor: The correct functioning of the car engine; The correct functioning of the infotainment; Condition of bodywork and wheels; Presence of noise or diagnostic problems Interface with Customer departments to resolve any problems. Authorities: To self-manage technical cases and enquiries that:- Manage the Press Vehicle Park according to the stakeholder’s needs;- Do not require any escalation;- Do not go beyond the assigned tasks. Knowledge and Skills required: - Good knowledge of the Windows operating system and Outlook application;- Good knowledge of the Automotive technology;- May be required to drive vehicles and therefore should have a valid driving license and be capable of driving manual and automatic transmission vehicles;- Good verbal and written communication skills;- Good inter-personal (people-handling) skills;- Analytic skills / Problem solving / Process orientation;- Adaptable / Assertive;- Ability to work under stress;- Able to work with minimal supervision. Qualifications: - Technical Skills Certified;- Basic Technical educational with dealer experience will also be considered. Experience: - A few years (greater than 2) automotive experience in Staff positions (senior level or equivalent) at Dealer Workshops in case of Basic Technical educational. Languages: - Fluent Italian;- English level: B1 of CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). Working Pattern: - 40h weekly;- Mon/Fri;- Based in Customer Site, Milan.
