We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Technical & Customer Support Advisor to assist customers with technical troubleshooting, account support, order tracking, package inquiries, and general customer service needs in a fast-paced environment.

Whether helping someone recover an account, troubleshoot a device, or locate a package, you’ll play an important role in creating a smooth and positive customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Support Advisor, you’ll assist customers with:

Technical Support

  • Troubleshooting issues across Microsoft, Apple, PC, Mac, iOS, tablets, and software platforms
  • Assisting with account access and technical concerns
  • Helping customers resolve device or software-related problems
  • Researching solutions and documenting interactions

Customer & Order Support

  • Helping customers track packages and shipment updates
  • Assisting with orders, returns, delivery concerns, and account questions
  • Providing clear updates and professional support
  • Managing multiple systems and customer conversations simultaneously

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year of customer service or technical support experience
  • Experience supporting customers with accounts, devices, orders, or packages is a plus
  • Comfortable learning and navigating multiple systems and tools

⏰ Schedule & Pay

  • Rotating 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Weekend availability required
  • Open/flexible scheduling needed
  • Pay: $18.00 – $19.50 per hour based on experience
