This is an opportunity to grow your career as a Maritime Systems Engineer working on cutting-edge defence systems for the Royal Navy and international allies.



About the Role:

Reporting to the Project Engineering Lead (and functional Line Manager), you'll collaborate closely with the Systems Design Authority within a multidisciplinary team. You'll work across Technology Readiness Levels, support ongoing product development, contribute to design reviews, and engage in customer meetings.



We're looking for someone with:



A solid understanding of complex system design



Experience across the full engineering lifecycle (design to qualification)



Knowledge of systems design principles spanning electronics, mechanical, and software



Strong trade-off analysis skills



Confidence working across disciplines and engaging with stakeholders



Additional Info:



Hybrid working with flexibility, typically 2-3 days onsite per week



Occasional UK and international travel
