Join a fast-paced, hands-on team responsible for managing data center assets, physical security, and lifecycle operations. This role requires experience in large-scale data center environments and a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote-hands support and respond to support tickets
- Perform Level 1 network support
- Test, clean, and maintain fiber and copper cables
- Install and maintain structured cabling systems
- Manage inventory and order materials as needed
- Rack and stack IT hardware
- Document issues and maintain records in DCIM (NetTerrain)
- Monitor facility systems and respond to abnormal conditions
- Collaborate with the CEE team as needed
- Handle inventory and shipping of network equipment
- Decommission returned hardware
