Supply Chain Director

Job Requirements Technical or Business Degree from an accredited institution or related Supply Chain MBA or MS a plus 8 + years’ experience in a combination of Planning, Logistics, Production Scheduling and/or Inventory Control 5+ years’ of Direct Management experience in a Technical or Analytical Environment Experience with Product Supply Chain Management and Production Distribution a plus Fluent in English a must APICs experience and/or certification a plus Project Management Certification Lean Manufacturing experience and/or Lean Six-Sigma training Strong business acumen to identify solutions for business problems Strong quantitative, operations and financial skills Exceptional action and customer service orientation with the ability to multi-task and effectively Experience in PCB Manufacturing Industry Excellent oral and written communication skills required (from the front line to the Boardroom) Able to build influential relationships with employees and internal/external customers Ability to effectively interact, negotiate, and influence staff in various levels of the organization Proven ability to provide direction, motivate, develop and lead a team Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint Must be able to Travel domestically and internationally
