We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Baltimore. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient and timely flow of goods and materials from suppliers to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.

  • Ensure timely delivery of products and materials.

  • Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure accurate and timely order processing.

  • Maintain inventory levels and optimize stock management to prevent shortages and excesses.

  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Identify and resolve any supply chain issues or discrepancies promptly.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in supply chain coordination or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and supply chain software.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
