We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Baltimore. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient and timely flow of goods and materials from suppliers to customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.

Ensure timely delivery of products and materials.

Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure accurate and timely order processing.

Maintain inventory levels and optimize stock management to prevent shortages and excesses.

Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.

Identify and resolve any supply chain issues or discrepancies promptly.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in supply chain coordination or a similar role.

Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and supply chain software.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
