What We Are Looking For
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Supervisor, Supply Chain, is responsible for overseeing the operational effectiveness of SAC Health's supply chain
across multiple clinical and support sites. This role provides daily leadership to the Supply Chain team, ensuring the efficient procurement, receipt, distribution, and
inventory control of both medical and non-medical supplies. The Supervisor is accountable for implementing best practices, driving cost efficiencies, and ensuring
compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, Monday - Friday | Location: Brier Clinic, San Bernardino, CA
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DELIVERABLES
- Provide oversight of supply chain operations to ensure adherence to all applicable compliance obligations.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, including PO compliance, price changes and invoice reconciliation procedures.
- Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including fill rates, Stock outs, Backorders, Receiving Exceptions and others to support continuous improvement.
- Monitor vendor performance, resolve issues, and support contract compliance in coordination with the Purchasing team.
- Drive value analysis initiatives for products and services, helping identify cost-saving opportunities while improving quality.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of automated purchasing and inventory systems (e.g., ENVI), including system troubleshooting and optimization.
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders to ensure stock levels meet patient care and operational demands.
- Travel to other clinics, offices, or events as necessary; must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: High school diploma required. Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is .
- Licensure/Certification: Valid California driver's license required. Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP), 340B Advanced Certificate (340B ACE) is .
- Experience: Minimum three (3) years of progressive experience in supply chain or logistics, including one (1) year in a supervisory or lead capacity is required. Five years of progressive experience in supply chain or logistics, including three (3) years in a supervisory or lead capacity is . Experience in a healthcare environment .
- Essential Technical/Motor Skills: Demonstrated understanding of supply chain management. Proficient in a variety of software applications with the ability to develop spreadsheets and write business communications.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong personal relation shills and fluency in English required. Ability to demonstrate a friendly, cooperative and caring attitude. Ability to maintain in a calm and professional manner and attitude in hectic and challenging situation.
- Essential Mental Abilities: Ability to meet deadlines and other pressures. Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks. Ability to interpret laws, rules and regulations pertaining to building and staff safety. Requires strong problem solving and organization skills.
