Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Project Manager to lead multi-million-dollar electrical construction projects from start to finish. You'll oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, submittals, RFIs, O&M manuals, vendor and subcontractor coordination, and overall project execution-while cultivating client relationships and building new business. Frequent travel and overnight stays to job sites is required.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• 9–11 years of experience managing multi-million-dollar electrical projects, ideally $20M+

• Proven success with project financials, estimates, and cost-loaded schedules

• Experience managing submittals, RFIs, and O&M manuals

• Strong leadership, time-management, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and client-facing abilities

• PMP certification
