Job Title: Senior Electrical Project Manager
Location: San Antonio, TX (Covering all of Texas)
Overview:
Our client, a leading electrical contractor with a strong presence across Texas, is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial projects and provide leadership to a growing team of project managers. This position will be based in San Antonio and will support projects statewide.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple large commercial electrical projects from planning through completion
- Provide oversight, mentorship, and support to other project managers and field teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and client expectations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and internal teams
- Review and approve project budgets, schedules, change orders, and financial reports
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality control policies across all job sites
- Collaborate with estimating, purchasing, and operations teams to support overall project success
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial electrical project management
- Proven experience managing and mentoring other project managers
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field (required)
- Strong background in large-scale commercial and industrial projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel as needed across Texas
