Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Solution Architect and Strategist opening for our client in Phoenix, AZ.

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: 12 months

Duties:

• Develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth and improvement

• Ensure solutions align with organizational technology strategy and long-term goals

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, offering ongoing improvements

• Participate in stakeholder interviews and document business and technical requirements

• Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and architectural standards

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient solutions to meet evolving business requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and prioritize technical requirements

• Stay informed of current trends and innovations in Cloud technologies and AI/ML

• Learn and adapt quickly to internal systems, tools, and processes within the ecosystem

• Deliver clear, concise communication tailored to technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership

• Create and deliver compelling presentations using PowerPoint and other tools

Skills:

• Strong background in strategic planning and architectural design

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization

• Deep understanding of Cloud platforms and AI/ML technologies

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Visio, and collaboration tools

• Advanced PowerPoint design and presentation development skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Knowledge or experience in contact center environments is a plus

Experience:

• 5 to 15 years of experience in solution architecture, strategy development, or a related role

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
