We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a talented Solutions Architect to join a dynamic and agile development team on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension.\n\nIf you are interested and have the relevant skills and experience, please apply promptly to discuss further.\n\nLocation: Warwick (Office based)\nContract Duration: 6 months (with possible extension)\nRate: Inside IR35 - Open to market rates\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nWe are looking for a Senior Solution Architect with deep technical expertise and strong documentation skills to design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of complex technology solutions aligned with business goals\n\nYour responsibilities:\n\n * Design end-to-end enterprise-level solutions across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.\n\n * Translate business requirements into technical architecture and high-level design documentation.\n\n * Lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, and proof-of-concept initiatives standards and patterns.\n\n * Ensure scalability, security, performance, and cost-efficiency in all proposed solutions.\n\n * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and junior architects.\n\n * Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks for implementation.\n\n * Participate in RFP/RFI responses, proposal creation, and client presentations.\n\n * Align solutions with enterprise architecture standards and governance.\n\nYour Profile\nTechnical Skills:\n\n * Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and design patterns.\n\n * Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\n\n * Solid experience with APIs, microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).\n\n * Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.\n\n * Proficient in modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io).\n\n * Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies.\n\n * Knowledge of security, compliance, and data privacy best practices.\n\nDocumentation Expertise:\n\n * Strong ability to create architectural blueprints, HLDs, LLDs, and solution specs.\n\n * Experience writing clear, concise technical documents tailored to different audiences.\n\n * Skilled in documenting workflows, process diagrams, and data flows.\n\n * Experience with documentation tools like Confluence, SharePoint, or similar platforms.\n\nDesirable skills/knowledge/experience:\n\n * Create and maintain detailed architecture diagrams, solution design documents, and technical specifications.\n\n * Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure alignment with architecture\n\n * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\n\n * 10+ years of relevant IT experience, with 3+ years in a solution/enterprise architect role.\n\n * Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect Expert) .\n\n * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication
