Role: Embedded Software Engineering Manager

Salary: circa £80k

Location: Hampshire Area

Now entering a significant growth period following investment, my client is looking to bring on an experienced leader of embedded teams to oversee a growing team of engineers.

Whilst supporting the current team, the new Engineering Manager would also be involved in supporting the growth of the team and working on the clients planned new product line.

As the manager of the embedded team you will not only provide leadership, but as a hands on manager you will be comfortable sharing your knowledge and expertise with the team. We're looking for someone who wants their team to grow with them.

We are therefore looking for someone:

• with experience leading / managing an Embedded Software team.
• comfortable driving recruitment and growing the team
• who wants to make an impact on product direction
• with Embedded C/C++ experience
• experienced in collaboration with other team managers.
• who is comfortable stepping in to support the team when necessary
