Job Title: Site Manager
Location: East Midlands, Lincolnshire, Sleaford
Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Monday to Friday
Primary Industry: Construction - New build housing
Salary: £55,000 - £68,000 Per annum

Company Branding: A Housing Developer is looking for a Site Manager for a traditional new build housing development in Sleaford. Providing a personal development plan from day one and the opportunity to progress up the ladder to Senior Site Manager / Project Manager within 12 months.
Job Duties:
Manage and oversee all aspects of the construction site
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Maintain quality control standards and project schedules
Prepare and manage project budgets
Communicate effectively with stakeholders
Resolve any issues that may arise on site
Report progress to senior management
Required Qualifications:
SMSTS certification
CSCS certification
First Aid certification
NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management
Valid Driving Licence
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years as a number 1 Site Manager on high volume housing sites.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of new build housing projects
Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage and motivate a team
Qualifications:
Previous experience working for a housing developer
Additional certifications in construction management
Working Conditions:
This role involves working on-site in various weather conditions and may require occasional travel to different project locations.
