Job Description
Job Title: Site Manager\nLocation: Nottingham\n\nThorn Baker's award-winning client is looking for a Site Managerfor a brand-new traditional build housing development kicking off in January. The project consists of 65 bespoke homes. \nThis is a great opportunity to work with a growing housing developer with exciting new projects commencing in the East Midlands.
\n\nWhat's in it for you:\n\nUp to £70,000 + package\nCar allowanceor Company car\nAnnual bonus scheme\nMileage / fuel allowance\nPrivate pension scheme\nPrivate healthcare\nProgression to Senior Site Manager within 12 months and Contracts Manager within 3 years due to expansion of the region.\nYour Responsibilities:\n\nOversee management of overall project delivery from inception to practical completion.\nLiaise with both internal staff and external sub-contractors to ensure a smooth process.\nEnsure the safety and wellbeing for all staff and visitors.\nIdentify & rectify concerns with processes, methods, or data and contribute to the development of company-wide solutions, bearing the customer needs in mind.\nProactively check all facilities during works for damage and take ensure any issues are corrected immediately.\nRequired Skills:\n\nSMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid \nNVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or equivalent qualification.\nProven track record of successfully managing the workload across traditionalbuild housing programmes.\nIn-depth knowledge and experience of house building and NHBC. \nStrongorganisational,interpersonal,and communication skills\nFull UK Driving License\n\nFor more information on the role please contact Chloe at Thorn Baker on (phone number removed) or email: \n\nTCH01
