We are supporting their recruitment by recruiting a permanent site manager, to join their team. A successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day to day activities of the onsite service teams. The role will be working a permanent day shift, 07:30-16:00 Monday to Friday Apply now for an immediate response! The Job Youll Do: Manage and action all activities required of the onsite services for the client Management of onsite service teams and allocation of activities to team members. Performing essential works on production machinery to agreed planned maintenance schedules Perform coolant and wash cleanouts weekly. Condition monitoring and control of fluids and plant equipment, and reporting using our company in-house system. Manage fluid waste streams to safe disposal off-site. Customer liaison and assisting in operational meetings. Follow strictly practices and procedures laid down including 5s and Health & Safety. About You: Experienced of working in a mechanical, chemical or production environment in a supervisory or management capacity. Possesses a willingness to be adaptable and flexible. The ability to self-motivate and work with minimal supervision. Previous experience within a similar position. This is a hands on position and demands a willingness to be adaptable and flexible with the ability to be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision. Must be PC literate. Have excellent communication skills
