Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing BOP Projects during Civil Works stage and Site Readiness while ensuring all site activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

TASKS:

• Cost Control: Monitor and manage project costs to ensure expenditures align with the budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-control measures.
• Ensure that the project is executed in accordance with the contractual conditions during Civil works and Site Readiness stages.
• Project Planning: Collaborate with site management to develop detailed plans, including schedules and resources.
• Resource Allocation: Ensure that each site has the necessary resources (personnel, equipment, materials) to meet objectives.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Track the progress of projects at each site, compiling reports and communicating updates
• Problem Resolution: Assist BOP Supervisors during problem-solving construction issues or delays.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Cost Control Expertise: Strong ability to monitor and manage project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost-control measures effectively.
• Strategic Planning: Proficiency in developing comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Analytical Thinking: Excellent problem-solving abilities to address construction challenges and delays promptly.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing construction projects, preferably in the wind energy, renewable energy, or construction sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of wind energy construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project or Primavera, and cost management tools.
• ONSHORE WIND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
