Univesco, Inc. is an established, family-owned and managed property management company headquartered in Plano, Texas. With over four decades of experience, we own and operate more than 4,000 apartment units across Texas and Florida.

We are seeking an experienced and thorough Service Technician to join our service team at one of our DFW-area communities. You’ll play a key role in providing top-quality care for our apartment community and ’ homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance on community areas and apartment homes to meet company standards, including work on HVAC, carpentry, electrical, painting, and plumbing systems.
• Respond promptly to service requests and assist in completing make-readies for vacant units.
• Ensure all work adheres to company policies and procedures, safety standards, and applicable Federal and State laws.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while prioritizing satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of proven experience in a relevant field (e.g., apartment maintenance or general building maintenance).
• HVAC certification required (EPA certification ).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Working knowledge of the English (reading, writing, and verbal communication) for clear communication and understanding of instructions with team members and .
• Professional demeanor and communication skills, along with a customer-service mindset.
