An award-winning civil and structural engineering consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join their growing Norwich office. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong, creative, and client facing engineer to play a key role in delivering a wide range of design led projects across the UK.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nYou'll be joining a collaborative, design focused team that works on a variety of projects from heritage refurbishments and bespoke residential schemes to complex commercial, cultural, and educational buildings. You'll take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery, working closely with architects, clients, and contractors to provide elegant and sustainable engineering solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead the structural design and delivery of projects across various sectors\nManage client relationships and liaise with multidisciplinary teams\nOversee project budgets, resourcing, and timescales\nReview and approve calculations, drawings, and specifications\nMentor and develop graduate and design engineers within the team\nSupport business development through project bids and client presentations\nAbout You\n\nChartered or near-Chartered with the ICE or IStructE\nStrong technical background with experience in building structures design\nProficient in analysis and design software (e.g.
