Senior Django Developer | FinTech | Permanent | Hybrid | Central London \n~ Senior Software Engineer \n~ Start-up Fintech \n~2 days a week in the office (Central London)\n\n\n B2B FinTech in Central London are looking for a Senior Django Developer to help design, build, and scale their web applications. Youll be part of a cross-functional product team responsible for the full development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, building high-quality, performant software used by some of the worlds leading financial organisations. \n\n As a senior member of the engineering team, youll collaborate closely with product managers, front-end developers, and QA engineers, while mentoring others and driving best practices across the codebase.

\n\n Write high-quality, testable web application code in Django \n Integrate front-end components with server-side logic \n Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework \n Design, optimise, and troubleshoot for performance and scalability \n Apply secure development practices and standards \n Work in an agile environment alongside product and engineering teams \n 5+ years of professional experience in Python (3+) and Django \n~ Strong understanding of Django ORM and REST Framework \n~ Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React experience a plus)\n~ Strong Git workflow and testing practices \n~ Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment \n~ CI/CD knowledge (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)\n If youre ready to join a mission-driven FinTech company on a strong growth trajectory and help shape technology used across the global fund management ecosystem wed love to hear from you.
