Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor



Location: West Sussex



Contract: Permanent, Full Time



Senior Quantity Surveyors, come and join my clients commercial team!



Projects on average range between £1m - £10m and the sectors include: Leisure, Education, Healthcare and Commercial schemes.



Duties and responsibilities:



Exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery

Working alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors

Managing the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement

Being involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcomeSkills & Experience:



Main contractor experience within the Construction space

Experience of different contract forms

Experience as a Senior Surveyor on projects ranging between £1m to £10m

Experience in establishing, managing and leading a project team
