Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Control/Safety Technician to join our team.

Hours: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

Duties

• Oversee and supervise Quality Control department
• Evaluates, modifies, develops and implements program procedures, instructions and forms
• Supervise QC technicians, key performance indicators and department performance metrics.
• Monitors customer complaints, Neld install issues, product returns, and warranty data.
• Inspections of components
• Verify products are ready to go out
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedure
• Implementing new safety rules and procedures
• Responsible for Training New Team Members
• Occasional traveling, as required. 5-10% of the time

Experience

• Proven experience in quality control and safety is .
• Previous Experience with Supervising
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting of findings.
• 2-4-year degree in engineering technology or related technical field or
• 4 years of relevant experience in Quality, manufacturing and health and safety.
• QMS Auditor ( – not required)
• OSHA 10/30 hr training
