Senior Project Manager

for their

Houston

office. The ideal candidate will hold a current

Texas RPLS license

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple oil & gas survey projects from planning to execution

Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication

Provide technical leadership and QA/QC oversight for field and CAD teams

Mentor junior staff and develop internal leadership potential

Serve as the main point of contact for key clients

Collaborate with leadership on operational planning and expansion strategies

Support business development, proposals, and client presentations

What We’re Looking For:

Active

Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS)

license in Texas

7+ years of experience in land surveying with a focus on oil & gas projects

Proven track record in project management and client relations

Strong leadership and communication skills

Interest and readiness to transition into a Director-level leadership position
