Title: Senior Project Manager - Ground-Up Commercial Construction
Location: Dallas, TX 75234
Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 + 15% Bonus + $1,000/month Vehicle Allowance + Fuel Card + Relocation $$

Founded in 1989 we are a 500+ employee general contracting & construction management company that does about $1 billion annually and growing.  The bulk of our work in the commercial construction sector comes from public schools, airport work, wastewater treatment, medical office buildings, industrial warehouses and mixed use projects.  We have multiple active projects in the greater Dallas area with a robust backlog so we're seeking to hire a Senior Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of $25M-$300M ground-up commercial projects, drive schedule, budget & team performance from preconstruction through closeout.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead full-cycle project management from preconstruction through closeout ensuring delivery on time & within budget
• Oversee Primavera P6 scheduling, cost control, change orders & contract compliance across multi-phase builds
• Coordinate w/ Superintendents to align field execution w/ safety, quality & client expectations
• Manage all project documentation incl: RFIs, submittals, pay applications & meeting minutes
• Mentor & supervise project engineers & APMs, fostering career growth & operational excellence

What You Need for this Position

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar
• 3+ years as a Project Manager overseeing ground-up commercial projects valued at $25M+
• 15+ years of total construction experience w/ strong track record in complex schedule-driven environments
• Proven background working for a commercial general contractor (not residential or multi-family)
• Proficiency w/ Primavera P6 - ability to read, manage & occasionally build schedules from scratch
