Logan Pass Construction is a leading general contractor specializing in mission-critical and data center construction projects nationwide. We partner with top technology clients to deliver high-performance facilities that demand precision, innovation, and reliability. Our team is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale projects while mentoring project teams and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for the overall success of assigned projects, from preconstruction through closeout. The SPM will manage budgets, schedules, and resources while maintaining strong client relationships and leading a team of Project Managers and Engineers. This role requires deep knowledge of mission-critical projects, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive results in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects.
- Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts.
- Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
- Partner with preconstruction teams to support estimating, bid packages, and early planning.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client; ensure consistent communication and client satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field staff.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain safety, quality, and cost objectives.
- Foster relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Drive compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Ensure timely project closeout and turnover to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8–12+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial construction.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing data center or mission-critical projects.
- Proven ability to successfully deliver projects exceeding $40M+.
- Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to mentor and develop others.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
- Ability to travel as needed to support projects. (Up to 25%)
