Global Construction (Kapella Group) specializes in commercial renovation and adaptive reuse. Our projects include senior living, multifamily, hospitality, and occupied renovations. We move fast, communicate clearly, and lead with integrity.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior-Level Project Manager (title can be Senior PM or a strong PM ready for senior responsibility). This person must be able to take ownership of complex renovation/adaptive reuse projects and run them with minimal hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead $3M–$15M renovation/adaptive reuse projects
• Create/manage schedules using MS Project
• Run buyout, negotiate subcontracts, close scope gaps
• Manage RFIs, submittals, ASIs, COs
• Oversee field execution with Supers/APMs
• Utilize Buildertrend or similar software
• Lead weekly OAC and internal meetings
• Manage budget, allowances, contingency, pay apps
• Work professionally in occupied environments

Requirements:

• 7–15+ years of PM experience on commercial renovation/adaptive reuse
• Experience in senior living, multifamily, hospitality, or healthcare
• Strong scheduling and subcontractor management
• Tech-friendly and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and accountability
• True senior-level capability — not just the title
