Senior Project Manager
Job Description
Allied Resources is hiring a Life Sciences, Sr. Project Manager to manage projects through all phases of design, permitting, and construction within the Life Sciences industry. You will work within a team of Project Managers and oversee the successful delivery of large, complex construction projects. This is a 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity offering an annualized salary of up to $200,000, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver large-scale EPCMV (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management, Validation) projects from concept through turnover.
- Manage construction-related activities, including project execution plans, budgets, schedules, and quality control.
- Oversee procurement of construction services, including managing contractors, negotiating contracts, and monitoring progress.
- Monitor project performance metrics (cost, schedule, quality, safety) and provide regular status updates to senior leadership and clients.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all project phases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably within the Life Sciences or Advanced Manufacturing industries.
- Understanding of integrated project delivery including Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) processes.
- Understanding of all core engineering disciplines, project execution, delivery in a design and construction.
- Deep knowledge of construction methods, industry standards, and project delivery best practices.
- PMP & AECPMA Certification .
