Senior Project Engineer – AGV/AMR

Hybrid | Limited Travel


A leading global provider of intelligent warehouse automation solutions is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join their European Solutions team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to design, simulate, and propose cutting-edge AGV/AMR solutions for clients across Europe with a focus on supporting their Eastern European market.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead technical pre-sales for warehouse automation projects, assessing customer requirements and designing tailored solutions.
  • Create warehouse layouts, simulations, and proposals using CAD and 3D design tools.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and project delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and success.
  • Support tender responses, clarifications, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Gather feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of products and services.


What We’re Looking For

  • 5 + years of experience in AGV/AMR or warehouse automation solutions.
  • Strong technical skills in AutoCAD and 3D-CAD tools; experience with simulations is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Automation, Mechanical, or Logistics ).
  • Fluency in English and an Eastern European (e.g., Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian) are a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
