The successful candidate will receive an excellent remuneration package and will be based in the Cork region.Why join this company? Competitive SalaryLeadership RoleIndustry ExpertiseKey Responsibilities:Coordination of the Process Design Team to achieve project deliverablesTechnical input and support for Process Design TeamIntegrate mechanistic modelling, process simulation and analysis into current and future processes to enhance process understanding and control.Interfacing with client design team/end userDelivery of agreed design scope within budget hours and scheduleDesign of process and utilities – preparation of PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing calculations.Coordination of design with other design disciplines and equipment suppliersDesign & develop tools, fixtures, gauges and special equipment for manufacturing operations in conjunction with Toolroom Technicians and outside vendors.Develop stable and capable manufacturing processes through a structured process development approach.Preparation of all relevant manufacturing specifications.Key Requirements:Degree in Chemical or Process EngineeringHave 6+ years in Bio/Pharma Design an advantageAwareness of process safety engineering and process safety managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work on own initiative.Good interpersonal and communication skills Tags:
