Are you a process-oriented problem solver with a passion for manufacturing excellence? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where efficiency, precision, and quality are top priorities? Paslin is looking for a Senior Proposal Processor to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of advanced automation systems. As a Senior Proposal Processor, you’ll be a key contributor in the development and optimization of production operations. You’ll evaluate manufacturing needs, design operation systems, and lead process improvements that directly impact quality, cost, and efficiency. Your expertise will play a vital role in our continued success in delivering innovative automation solutions to our global customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate product and manufacturing system requirements
• Design efficient operation systems for product manufacturing
• Create, edit, and manage comprehensive process documentation
• Improve safety, output, and efficiency through data analysis and observation
• Recommend and implement process improvements (e.g., material savings, scrap reduction)
• Develop new production methods using sound engineering principles
• Design plant layouts to streamline process flow and reduce handling
• Conduct detailed cycle time studies
• Lead proposal teams on large-scale projects
• Create tooling content files to support proposals
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering ()
• 5+ years of experience in proposal processing or a related field
• Strong understanding of tool design and production methods
• Familiarity with MIG and spot weld processes
• Proficiency in Unigraphics, Catia, Inventor, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and adaptable to changing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work Environment: This position operates in both an office and a manufacturing site environment

Physical Demands: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and twist. Occasionally required to lift/push/pull up to 25lbs.

Expected Hours of Work: This position requires regular full-time work, including extended hours as required to meet the needs of the business.

Travel: frequent local travel between Paslin sites
