SENIOR INFRASTRUCTURE MAMAGER - GLOBAL FINANCIAL SERVICES

A prestigious financial institution seeks an experienced Head of Infrastructure to drive their global IT strategy and cloud transformation initiatives. Leading a team across multiple locations, you'll shape the future of their technology landscape while working in a hybrid environment.

THE ROLE:

• Lead infrastructure strategy and cloud transformation
• Manage and mentor teams across UK and US offices
• Direct infrastructure operations, security, and vendor relationships
• Oversee budgets and resource allocation
• Drive cloud adoption and modernization initiatives

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure management, with a proven track record of success in leading large-scale projects.
• Deep expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, and network architecture.
• A strong understanding of security best practices and compliance regulations.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. The ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences is crucial.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly desirable.
