Senior Electrical Engineer

Role Responsibilities
Design campus electrical grids for industrial manufacturing sites, utility providers, and educational institutions.
Develop designs for power facilities, utility grid interconnections, switchgear, substations, generators, and power distribution networks.
Lead electrical design projects for power engineering, cogeneration plants, chiller plants, and large industrial projects.
Lead technical teams, provide mentorship, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
Review designs for compliance with codes and standards, and support project scheduling and technical issue resolution.
Essential Skills & Requirements
Proficiency in IEEE, IBC, NESC, NEC codes, and industry software such as Excel, Revit, SKM, AGI 32, and AMPCALC.
Experience with arc-flash, short circuit, grounding, relay settings, and other electrical calculations using SKM, ETAP, CYME, and AGI lighting software.
Strong analytical, leadership, communication skills, and minimum of 10 years' experience in power and industrial projects, including 7+ years in medium voltage design.
PE license highly ; LEED accreditation advantageous.
