Job Description

We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager to join a pioneering initiative within the Digital Surgery group, focused on expanding live-streaming technology used in robotic surgery rooms into broader clinical applications. This is a high-impact, multi-year programme with strong momentum and a collaborative team of around 18 cross-functional professionals.

About the Role

You’ll lead and coordinate delivery across software development and digital innovation workstreams, helping shape the next of clinical technology. The role requires a confident communicator who can engage senior stakeholders, manage shifting priorities, and drive progress in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

This is a hybrid role, with an average of 2 days per week on-site in London, so candidates must be within a commutable distance.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with 10+ years in software development or digital project delivery
• Background in digital health, clinical technology, or medical devices is a plus, but not essential
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Prince2 methodologies
• Demonstrated resilience, adaptability, and ability to lead through ambiguity
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, especially at senior levels
• Ability to manage delivery within budget constraints and regulatory frameworks
