• Strategische Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Infrastruktur-Services in den Bereichen Compute, Storage, Netzwerk und Virtualisierung.
• Planung, Design und Einführung neuer Infrastruktur-Services sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender Lösungen.
• Leitung und Koordination von Infrastrukturprojekten – von Teilprojekten bis zur Gesamtprojektverantwortung.
• Innovation und Automatisierung: Einführung neuer Technologien, Standardisierung und Weiterentwicklung von Templates und Dokumentationen.
• Beratung und Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, Kunden und Partnern – inklusive Presales-Unterstützung und Erstellung technischer Konzepte.

• Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik) sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in Rechenzentrums- und Cloud-Infrastrukturen (Server, Storage, Netzwerk, Virtualisierung, Backup, Cloud-Integration).
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in ITIL-Prozessen, Projektmanagement-Methoden und Erfahrung im Managed Services-Umfeld.
• Technische Projektleitungs- und Architekturkompetenz im Infrastrukturkontext sowie Praxiserfahrung mit Hyperscalern (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, gepaart mit Lösungsorientierung, Kundenfokus und Kommunikationsstärke.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Architektur- und Projektmanagement-Tools sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen.
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
