  • Start Date: November 24, 2025
  • Type: 4-Month Contract (Potential for Hire)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST (No weekends)
  • Holiday Note: You will have off on Thanksgiving (11/27) and the day after (11/28)


MetLife Legal Plans is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Client Service Center Representatives to join our team. This is a full-time, onsite contract role with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance, attendance, and business needs.

As a Client Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of our mission to deliver the world’s best legal service for working families. You’ll handle inbound calls, support digital tools, and help members navigate their legal plan benefits with clarity and care.

Training & Work Schedule

Training: 4 weeks onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Post-Training: 2 additional months onsite, then potential transition to hybrid (3 remote / 2 in-office days)

Shifts After Training: Randomly assigned Monday–Friday shifts (no weekends):

  • 7:55 AM–4:25 PM
  • 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
  • 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
  • 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
  • 11:35 AM–8:05 PM


Responsibilities

  • Handle 55–60 inbound calls daily (5–6 minutes each) from members, potential members, and plan attorneys
  • Provide information on plan usage, coverage, eligibility, and attorney referrals
  • Support members with website navigation and self-service tools
  • Process enrollment and cancellation requests
  • Record eligibility and service inquiries
  • Document all contacts in a ticketing system
  • Assist with mentoring new representatives
  • Support members via chat and email when assigned
  • Perform other duties as needed


Ideal Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of customer service experience
  • Inbound call center experience
  • Associate’s degree required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to express empathy and manage tasks effectively
  • Comfortable navigating computer systems and databases
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset


What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Experience with CRM systems like Zendesk or cloud-based phone technology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database tools
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Fluency in Spanish (read, write, speak)
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university


Note: Parking is paid by contractors. SkySource will reimburse up to $50/month for good attendance.
