What You’ll Do
As a Construction Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the successful execution of field operations. Your focus will be on safety, performance, client satisfaction, and on-time, on-budget delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise field construction activities from pre-construction through project close-out
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and direct labor to meet quality and safety standards
- Maintain strong client and team communication through regular updates and meetings
- Monitor progress with “look ahead” schedules and proactively resolve roadblocks
- Ensure all site operations meet schedule, specs, and safety requirements
- Conduct weekly safety inspections and toolbox talks
- Oversee project documentation and compliance using tools like Microsoft Office, Procore, and OpenSpace
- Manage close-out processes and punch list completion
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience:
- 10+ years of commercial construction industry experience, including subcontractor and supplier management
- Experience managing full project cycles, including assignments up to $100M
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field ()
Technical Knowledge:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management software (Procore, OpenSpace )
- Deep understanding of scheduling, drawings, specifications, and construction methods
