AC Corporation, a Crete United Company, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to join our team in Raleigh, NC. As part of Crete United’s network, we deliver integrated HVAC, plumbing, electrical, network cabling, building automation, and security solutions to commercial and industrial clients. This role leads complex mechanical and design-build projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring excellence in execution, client satisfaction, and sustainable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary project leader for mechanical construction and HVAC design-build projects.
• Manage all phases of project delivery: estimating, purchasing, scheduling, execution, quality control, and closeout.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and key account ownership.
• Lead on-site assessments and project plan reviews to support accurate cost estimation.
• Issue timely purchase orders for equipment, subcontractors, and materials aligned with project milestones.
• Develop and oversee detailed project schedules; coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ensure field teams have proper staffing and technical expertise; maintain manpower projection tools.
• Monitor job progress and ensure all labor and materials meet project specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits and communicate with clients to ensure quality and performance.
• Manage financials including job cost tracking, monthly billings, and margin protection.
• Oversee closeout processes including punch lists, as-builts, warranty documentation, and final invoicing.

Qualifications & Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing commercial HVAC or mechanical construction projects ().
• Deep understanding of HVAC systems, components, and trade coordination.
• Proficiency with project estimating and scheduling tools.
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, AutoCAD, and project management software.
• Ability to multi-task, lead teams, and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
• Track record of successful margin management and customer satisfaction.
• Construction management experience strongly .

Leadership & Communication

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate at all organizational levels.
• Capable of managing shifting deadlines and customer expectations.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
