Senior Construction Inspector Full-Time Role

Location: Skagit, Island, Whatcom & North Snohomish Counties, WA

Pay: $40+/hr (Depending on Experience) + Overtime

proHNS LLC is expanding into Washington State, and were looking for a Senior Construction Inspector to help shape the future of infrastructure. If youre ready to roll up your sleeves and make an impact, we want to hear from you!

What Youll Do

• Inspect construction projects, including roads, bridges, utilities, and buildings
• Track progress, review documents, and write daily reports
• Communicate with contractors, owners, and agencies
• Travel to project sites and work independently

What You Bring

• 15+ years in construction, inspection, engineering, or similar (education counts too!)
• Strong communication skills and tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, Adobe, cloud systems)
• Familiarity with WSDOT LAG Manual or municipal codes is a plus
• Comfortable working outdoors, traveling, and adapting to changing schedules
• Ability to read plans, understand permits, keep projects on track, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid U.S. drivers license and clean driving record
