SAP Project Manager – Oil & Gas Industry

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and deliver complex SAP implementations and upgrades within a large-scale oil & gas environment. The role requires managing end-to-end SAP project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business goals, and working cross-functionally with stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.

Job Description (JD):

• Lead SAP implementation, upgrade, and rollout projects

• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and risk

• Coordinate between technical teams, business units, and vendors

• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and industry compliance

• Provide regular project reporting to senior leadership

Requirements:

• 8+ years of SAP project management experience

• Proven delivery of SAP projects in oil & gas or heavy industry

• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, MM, PM, FI/CO)

• PMP/Prince2 or SAP Activate certification

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
