SAP Finance Operations Lead - Senior Manager

Salary: £85,000 - £100,000 + £5,500 car + 10% bonus

London based - Hybrid

One of the globes leading digital solution provider's is currently searching for a SAP Operational Lead - Senior Manager to work in their enterprise wide technology division, accountable for assisting in the delivery of one of the largest S/4 Hana transformation programmes in the UK.

The SAP Finance Operations Lead - Senior Manager will create value by aligning business strategy and process goals with technology capabilities. The role will act as a Functional SME, advising the business and taking overall accountability technology service delivery within their functional domain.

Key Responsibilities (brief overview)

• Provide functional leadership, working closely with the Business Process Owners, Product Owners and Operations Managers to fully understand process requirements and align with product roadmaps
• Determine and recommend functional design, focused on business objectives and desired outcomes
• Work closely with the Technical Team to convey and explain the business needs and requirements along with relevant technical direction in line with industry and implementation best practices
• Contribute to development of product strategy and subsequent roadmap, with special focus on S4 Hana Cloud - Professional Services module

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Experience of Travel & Expense Concur integration, Profit Center Accounting (PCA), PS, AR, AP, AA, GL mapping desirable
• Experience of SAP R2R with parallel accounting experience in both Classic, NEW GENERAL LEDGER & S/4 HANA desirable
• Experience in Order to Cash process flow desirable
• Experience in design, configuration & quality assurance on Global template deliverables; covering R2R /other Finance functionalities, Asset Ledger, Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger desirable
