Sales Operations Manager
Job Description
Certain Advantage is working closely with a fast-growing software company to hire a Sales Operations Specialist. You will be focused on improving the sales cycle, efficiencies and SDR team. \n This will be a strategic and hands-on Sales Ops role to lead and optimize the sales processes, technology and performance insights as the business grows further.
This is a newly dedicated hire due to growth.\n\nThis role will reduce friction and introducing efficiency and scalability to the sales process so that the sales team succeed in their activities. You will own the sales technology ecosystem, optimising the existing tech and looking for ways to bring in modern tools to enable growth.\nYou will deliver analytics through pipeline and funnel analysis, success and loss reporting and identify trends to inform decisions\n\nKey Areas:\n\nSales Process Optimisation:\nStreamlining and Optimising Sales Tools\nPipeline and Funnel Analysis\nPerformance Insights\nCross-functional Collaboration\nData Integrity & GovernanceWhat you will bring:\n\nExperience in sales operations or revenue operations,\nIdeally within a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environment.\nProven expertise in HubSpot CRM and Gong\nExpertise in sales processes, funnel management, and performance metrics.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExperience supporting sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and cross-functional revenue planning.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills\nStrong project management capabilities \nThe will be based in Manchester City Centre, with 4 days onsite 1 day remote working + other flexibility for remote when needed.
